if you can consistently beat expert mode without much trouble you'll probably find mastermode easier, as it's just expert mode but everything hits harder and has more health
if you are aren't at that point revengeace will probably be easier
revengeance is changes a lot of boss mechanics or adds new ones, which means there's more learning to do and bosses might throw you off, but at the same time it's about as forgiving/punishing as expert mode, you can tank a few hits and enemies don't take long to kill
mastermode is just expert but enemies/bosses have more health and do more damage, so if you can beat a boss consistently in expert mode, you should be able to consistently beat them in mastermode, but you need to dodge attacks for longer and get punished harder for messing up, mastermode is easier from a "how hard is it to fight this guy" standpoint but you get punished way more for messing up
it's worth noting that calamity in general is significantly harder than base game Terraria though
