Achievements while using mods?

I want to install some mods, so I can utilize the new equipment, monster types, and everything else they have to offer. However, I don't want to lose the ability to gain achievements while playing, as I LOVE to gather and collect them in any and every game I play. Will installing certain mods completely disable the achievements, or am I good to go ahead and install what I want?

I used to have TerrariaPatcher installed and I could still get achievements, so I think you should be fine!

But the question is, are there any mods out there that will disable the ability to gain achievements??? I'd really like to know if its possible, because I've already lost the ability to refund, and I probably won't play a game like this if there aren't even achievements. :/

Sadly, I'm not sure if there are any mods that disable gaining achievements.
I'm not too sure about this but if a mod disabled gaining achievements the mod maker would've mentioned that.

The whole game is already big enough, you don't need mods to make it even bigger. Tho if you still want to install mods I don't think they disable any achievements.

I know I am extremely late, but in my opinion there is not enough content in vanilla, so add a lot of mods. I play the game a lot.
