Help with TModLoader: Cloud-saved Characters

Ello.
So basically I installed TModLoader and it wiped all my stuff. Luckily I had the brains to backup my files, and pasted them in the TModLoader folder. It worked, all my characters and worlds are intact except for my main ones that I'm currently working on, which are saved in the Cloud. Apparently when you cloudsave a character it transfers everything to the cloud and doesn't even leave anything on your PC. I checked my current character I'm doing with a friend, A New Evow, and his folder was empty.
Any help here? I think if I uninstall TModLoader I'll be fine, but for convenience I'd like this sorted out. I'll try a few things, see if they help.

i lost one of my characters to tmod loader and how would i be able to get him back and with his gear also back plus my world aswell

Same way we did; it's the top result on Google for "tmodloader cloud save".

Anyways, if anyone else shows up here for the same problem: tmodloader players/worlds are kept in a separate folder from the regular Terraria players/worlds. The exact location depends on your setup, but it should be accessible under Documents > My Games > Terraria
This folder has the vanilla saves, the ModLoader folder has the modded saves. Modded Terraria doesn't download from or upload to Steam servers (afaik)

You can also take your vanilla worlds off the cloud and copy and paste them from/into the folders Kryzeth mentioned.

Solved::

I Had the problem where I installed Tmodloader and I got bored of it but when I went back TO the original terraria All my cloud saves where gone. So here is what I did to get it back And it worked

1. I and my Brother share the same pc and on steam, we enabled Family view/share so we can share the same games and I installed Tmodloader while signed in on my account while I cloud saved And backup The worlds and players while playing on his account so I simply signed in on his account now and firstly validated (more than 3 times to make sure and every time it said that "1file failed to validate and will be acquired") the files and then launched the game it is all here


2. Cloud saves allow you to use that same Characters on other devices some try and login in on someone else's PC with steam And check that way
