my friend has this error when he launches terraria error system typeinitializationexception he reinstall veryfiy integrity everything but still crashes when he launches plz help we want to play together

tell him to reset his pc
It fixes it but it removes other files aswell, I had to do this because Terraria would not launch for me at all
