Terraria cannot launch (SOLVED)

When I try to launch Terraria I get this error:

Two questions: What the hell does this mean? And: How do I fix it?

Reverify game cache intregrity via steam. When i launched the game 1st time it auto installed the xna framework stuff.

Same happened to me today. I just go to control panel and click on Microsoft NET. Framework and click repair. Then you must restart your computer. Hope this will work for you!

You do not need to restart your computer.. Just reinstall the game or verify the cache.

Right click Terraria in steam library then goto properties at the bottom, goto Local files and VERIFY.

Try what he said failing that right click terraria in your library click properties, local files, there you can have steam check your game files.
