if you killed duke fishron, he makes it so that harpies have a 5% chance to drop an anime reference weapon and by killing enemies with that said weapon in irradiated ocean you summon old duke, and if you do so in the ocean you will spawn leviathan and anahita boss without the need of waiting for the ??? to spawn
