If you want your money returned then you have to contact Steam. You bought the game from Steam, not from the company that made the game. They handle all sales and the terms for returns.

Then that is on Steam support, not the devs lol. If you played more than 2 hours, and/or waited more than 2 weeks, you usually cannot refund your game.

Basically Redigit and his team are one of the best devs throughout the entire computer game developing history in terms of friendliness and true game developing ingenuity. They basically deserve like ten times more money for their game than they actually charge. And the game itself is totally top-10 of the best games ever created.

So first of all nobody believe you and secondly even if it's true - it's totally ok coz they deserve it anyway.

I was with you when you said the game is great and the devs are friendly but you lost me when you said "even if they did....." saying it's ok to rob people as long as you are popular is just plain stupid.

That is brainless sycophantic behavior , don't be brainless , you can like someone and still recognize they did something wrong (not the case here because nothing wrong happened , I'm just saying) also you can like a product and NOT like it's producers , you really need to be able to think about things in more than just black and white , good and bad , all or nothing.

Maybe you are a kid and your brain isn't fully developed yet , I dunno but people who think in such rigid manners are usually easily manipulated and scammed by people who first make them happy and then screw them over, because they keep thinking "it's ok because I like them".

I already wrote about this in another post. I'm 13 years old, I recently decided to create a new account where I will look for what games I like to buy on the main one. But when I already bought 4 games, looked at them, I realized that they were crap and I wouldn’t play them, I easily returned them, but when I went into terraria, I played it for 5 minutes and asked for a refund in support, or rather, I asked for a refund, I’m already waiting 4 the day to return them. I'm not the kind of person who can leave the game on my account, I just wanted to try something new.

Shame you didn't enjoy the game, it's not for everyone.
If you've only played for 5 minutes and have owned the game for less than 2 weeks then you should be eligible for a refund.
This is on steam's end, not Terraria's developers, and you should contact steam about it instead of claiming the developers are robbing people, they are pretty much uninvolved.

This is probably why you aren't getting your refund. Your pattern is very suspicious. New account, buy 5 games, refund 4 without even touching them, play 5 mins of the remaining one, then try to refund that too? That's not normal behaviour, even knowing your reasons. Why are you buying games you judge as bad, and then don't even try?
