Update: According to this reddit thread Fanny is from Calamity Community Remix, likely an April Fools easter egg. I don't know much about that mod myself so most likely you can't get rid of it until tomorrow if you still want to use the mod (maybe in the config but I don't see that as a guarantee).

Edit: Further reading the thread indicates you can place 'Anomaly 109' and interact with it to get rid of Fanny.

Could always change the system clock, otherwise I think you're stuck with him so long as you're using the mod.

I remember when Community remix added Fanny and all the people who brainlessly downloaded it made similar threads to this, funny to see them make a return.
