No, no, no. They are songs that replace the normal songs, that can be accessed in any world by the Party Girl.

You do need to go to that world seed at least once to unlock the option.

But yeah to OP, its the ost from the cancelled Terraria Otherworld that was being made by that company who did the old ports of Terraria (you know the one with Ocram?). Personally, not a big fan of the music, I think it sounds too generic, like a generic action movie music.
