Honey Absorbant Sponge drop rate is way too low

I've been trying to get the ultra absorbant sponge for literally days, real life days!! just waiting for the stupid angler to give me the honey quests. I've gotten the the quest twice but got the endless honey bucket instead of the sponge TWICE so far, from a fkin' 50% chance.

This is just straight up retarded at this point, I'm borderline done with this garbage!

There should be a way to consistently get the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ honey sponge instead of relying on a 1/40 chance of getting the honey quest with a delay of 24 minutes (which takes to reset) and a 50% chance on top of that.

Whoever designed this stupid mechanic, stop working on game development please!

Theoretically I should be getting the honey sponge once every 15 real life hours with a 50% chance which is DUMB AS ♥♥♥♥!! fix this trash for fk sake!

Its all random. 1/40 chance doesnt mean youll get it within 40 tries. Sometimes it can take much longer or much less than 40 tries. Its just all luck. More than happy to swap you a honey sponge for an endless honey bucket :)
