for some reason, i smashed a orb nd it gave me a achivement, yes? then a few seconds later it said "A horrible chill goes down your spine", what does this mean?????

If you break two more of them, it'll summon the eater of worlds, one of the early bosses connected to the corruption.

It's a bigger version of the worms that run around in the underground corruption, with lots of body segments to attack.

you get an achivment the first tim you smash one. The qoute it said is one of the three quotes you get you smash one. smash three and a sorta easy boos spawns. Was this helpful?

I don't know what "A horrible chill goes down your spine" Means, but sometimes the shadow orb will make a meteorite fall, and I think sometimes a goblin army may attack, but when you do it 3 times, the Eater Of Worlds Spawns. The message doesn't mean anything. It plays a message every time you break an orb. Smash 3 and get ready to spam your sword for a while.
