If you could add anything in terraria 1.4...
if you could add anything in 1.4 what would you add? please no innapropiate stuff

what i would add: a portable cannon it's like the cannons you place down but you hold it in your hand and use cannonballs for ammo it would be affected by gravity and explodes on contact. it would be a expert drop from the flying dutchman from the pirate invasion.

Edit: 1.4 will likely come out, we still have two people updating terraria and red is going to hire a new team to update terraria, if terraria was not gonna get an update how was 1.3.1 out

Deals +100 armor-ignoring damage to enemies you have took an autopsy of. Obtained by crafting at an Autosy Station.
Can we take monsters apart, stitch parts of different ones back together and reanimate the result with lightling?

Been playing DD1 today and had a "fun" time with a bunch of Djinns. The experience did give me an idea, though...

Legitimate Idea Time With Apoc Ep. 5: Shamhurish
In real life, Shamhurish is an Islamic djinn king associated with Thursdays. (Yes, I'm serious.) In Terraria, he's a desert-based HM boss.

Spawn Conditions
  • In non-Sandstorming Corrupt/Crimson Desert (any Sandstorms will be cancelled)
  • No other bosses are spawned
  • "Rub" (right-click) a placed Desert Spirit Lamp

Phase I
35000/35000 / 70000/70000 HP, 25 / 50 DEF
Attack 1A - Shoots a straight purple laser out of its single eye at the player for ten seconds. Attempts to stay far to the player's left or right, barely on-screen. Laser slowly homes in on the player but is blocked by walls.
Laser - 25 / 50 DMG, 0 KB, 20% / 50% chance to Electrify player for 5s
Attack 2A - Spawns 3 / 2-5 Desert Spirits with doubled stats to attack the player. After three seconds of hovering above the player, attempts to ram the player an amount of times equal to the amount of desert spirits it spawned. Each time it dashes at the player, a Desert Spirit is turned into a purple orb and absorbed back into Sham. If a Spirit is killed, it cannot be reused (so killing all three will render this attack useless).
Ram - 40 / 80 DMG, AVG KB
Attack 3A - Phases into a purple state of invincibility. Stays still wherever it is and spawns the pink aura that burrowed Witherbeasts spawn in OO's Army, with precisely 20 floating crystals at the edge. After 5 seconds, it will retract the crystals into itself, each one healing for 100 HP.
Crystals - 20 / 50 HP, 0 DMG
If player is inside the aura - 25 / 50 DMG/sec, 0 KB

Phase II
20000/35000 / 40000/70000 HP, 10 / 20 DEF
Attack 1B - Laser now lasts for only 5 seconds, but moves faster.
Laser - 40 / 80 DMG, 0 KB, 35% / 60% chance to Electrify player for 3s
Attack 2B - Regains all Desert Spirits. Now gains 90 / 180 DEF (totals to 100 / 200) while ramming.
Ram - 50 / 100 DMG, STR KB
Attack 3B - No longer performed.
Attack 4B - Shoots five large, shiny projectiles in an arc at the player. Projectiles can be any of the following - Fire, Frostburn, Poison, Shadowflame - and are colored accordingly.
Projectiles - 20 / 40 DMG, WK KB, 100% chance to inflict corresponding debuff for 5s / 8s

Phase III
7500/35000 / 15000/70000 HP, 30 / 60 DEF
Attack 1C - Laser now ignores walls and moves even faster.
Attack 2C - Regains all Desert Spirits. Now invincible while ramming.
Attack 4C - Now shoots only three projectiles that each split into three more after 0.5s of existing.
Projectiles - 30 / 60 DMG, AVG KB, 100% chance to inflict corresponding debuff for 12s / 20s
Attack 5C - Splits into four clones, only one of which is real (like Cultist). If you hit a fake, it spawns a shockwave. If you hit the real one, nothing bad happens.
Shockwave - 75 / 150 DMG, EXSTR KB

Drops
You randomly get one weapon from the "weapon group"
  • Crystal Shield (magic weapon) - Weapon group
    Left click - Uses 24 mana to summon a 10-block-wide crystal aura dealing damage equal to T2 Electric Aura. Any enemy that enters the aura will cause one crystal to be used
    Right click - Pulls crystals from an existing aura to the player, healing for 20 HP apiece
  • Ancient Scepter (summoner utility) - Weapon group
    Left click - "Golds" any one minion or sentry. Golded units have tripled stats. Only one unit can be golded at a time.
  • Elemental Euthanizer (gun) - Weapon group
    Left click - Fires a spray of 3 bullets each with a random elemental effect (fire, frostburn, poison, shadowflame).
    17 DMG/bullet, WK KB, 0% chance to preserve ammo
  • Shield of Sham (accessory) - Treasure Bag exclusive
    Double tap S - Summons a mini Desert Spirit to fight for you. Max of 3 can be summoned at a time, regardless of minion bonuses
    Double tap A/D - Dashes as if using Shield of Cthulhu, consuming one summoned Desert Spirit. Cannot use if no summoned Spirits exist. 100% chance to gain Shadow Dodge for 30s after dashing
