So what accessories can i just have in inventory to benefit?

so far I'm noticing the Stopwatch, detector, lifeform detector i dont have to have equiped to reap benefits of the info, what else can i have just in inventory and not equiped?

My actual equips are. Scarf, shield of cthu, ob skull, harden ob rose, and spectre boots. enchanted for defence and atk damage.

any item that actually displays facts on the right side of the screen. theres like 12 items or just all the items needed to craft a cell phone excluding the magic mirror

A great goal for every char is craftng the cell phone, which combines all of the following:

Compass: horizontal position
depth meter: vertical position
watch: time

fishermans pocket guide: fishing power
weather radio: current weather conditions
sextant: moon phase

metal detector: loot nearby (chests, ores, pots, life crystals)
stopwatch: movement speed
dps meter: damage per second

tally counter: kill counter of the last enemy damaged
lifeform analyzer: rare enemies/npcs nearby
radar: count of nearby enemies

mirror: teleport home
