R.I.P. Arkhalis

So I had this glorious sword and SOMEHOW I either right clicked just before exiting world and threw it or it doesn't cope well with alternate worlds. Whichever happened my glory days of epic hack-n-slash OP-ness have ended as the blade has vanished from my character entirely.

Thanks for the offer, it's a little bit of work but my Ball o' Pain and Code 1 yoyo have taken up the slack. It was a basic no-mod Arkhalis so in the end I guess it wasn't such a huge loss just a noticable one.

Haven't found a new Arkhalis yet but I did aquired an Enchanted Sword from another alter and I'm loving the magic bolts it fires. With a Magma Stone equiped I'm shooting fire bolts!

And the moral of this story, is favorite your items, so that you can't accidentally toss them (by forgetting that T isn't talk), or accidentally shift click them and throw them out, or even deposit them in chests if you hit deposit all.
To favorite an item, alt+click it. Same as if you had chat open and you wanted to chat a picture of it.

That's the thing I didn't toss it, I'm sure of this now because my Demonic Nightmare pickaxe did it now too under the exact same circumstances. Just vanished into thin air because I went from my solo play map to my host & play (multiplayer) map. So I'm goin to post this in the bugs thread now.

since your already had the sword why cant you go on a free item server and get it back?

...that's not the point. it's a bug, items don't just suddenly vanish into thin air.

However to answer your question; I'm paranoid of "free" items just readily waiting for anyone to grab in games where data can be shared p2p. I don't need some basement dwelling ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sending my rig some virus by me taking such an item or w/e cause that's a thing that has happened in other games. Games that were not even direct p2p/lan.
(incase I lost you, p2p = player-to-player hosting)

I would gladly give you one but according to you anyone could send you a virus. I dont completely agree with that but to each their own.
