If you have tmodloader it is in the Mod Browser

I have the same problem with me, when I write tremor mod to the mod browser, nothing mod showing nothing happens, so I think tremor mod is not steamed

It was removed from the Mod Browser and the developer discontinued it. However, it is apparently still up on Github, though I'm not sure if it's still the latest version: https://github.com/IAmBatby/Tremor/releases/tag/v1.3.2.7

It does contain the .tmod file and source code so it should be playable, assuming you know how to download it manually.
