Evil Biome

I've contained my 2 evil biomes now, so when i go into hardmode how shall i approach containing the 2 new evil biomes?

Hardmode doesn't spawn two "evil" biomes. The Hallow is a spreading biome, but it isn't considered an evil biome like the Crimson/Corruption. As for the two spreading strips, my usual strategy proceeds like this:

1: Have a good stockpile of Shine Potions, Well Fed buff foods, Biome Sight Potions, Calming Potions and Mining Potions

2: Break altars and proceed to work your way up to crafting an Adamantite or Titanium Pickaxe.

3: Use the Biome Sight Potions to find the borders of the Hallow and Crimson strips on both sides, and then mine around them diagonally with your buffs and new pickaxe, quarantining them from the rest of your world

4: Come back later with a Clentaminator to fully cleanse them, if you want.

The Biome Sight and Shine Potions are for visibility, Calming Potions for less enemies when you're mining, and Mining Potions and Well Fed buffs are for speeding up excavation.
