tips on how to get Spiffo the pet?

Im not really into farming and such, but I really want this racoon. Dont ask why.
So how do I farm zombies efficiently?
How can I make zombies spawn faster and have their loot drop chance increased? Any help is welcomed

Water candle and battle potion along with a platform just high enough off the ground that you can't see the head of zombies.

Drop chances are increased with luck, too. You can increase it with a gnome statue, a luck potion, a lucky horseshoe or derived accessory, and if you're rich enough tossing coins into shimmer.

I've killed around 8k zombies and only have 7 plushies. Blood moons are good for farming zombies (forest biome).

Do what whatmidoing says to increase your luck, but patience is needed.

You can also create a cemetery biome to farm zombies at daytime and drink battle potion to speed the process.
