can you get the 6th accessory slot in journey mode if you set the difficulty to max?

You also get a 7th accessory slot by conssuming a demon heart on master mode (a 6th if you stay on expert).

After that, if you change to a lower difficulty, the extra accessory slots will vanish, until you increase the difficulty again. Note: accessories on transparent slots are inactive. So no point to try forcing 7 accessories on classic difficulty.

Glad red was merciful there, in other games it would be more cruel and just let you lose stuff if they wanna go that mean.
