calamity acid rain wont appear

I have killed every boss up to the moon lord and never seen the acid rain.

I cant make the caustic tear without drops from the acid rain
I have also tried starting a new world and defeating the eye but still no luck.

is there a way to cheat in the caustic tear?

It has a 1/360,000 chance of occurring every frame (1/6000 every second) once the Eye of Cthulhu has been defeated, or can be summoned manually through the use of a Caustic Tear. Why did you quote the wiki to me? I already said i killed the eye in new world i cant get the caustic tear and I have been playing in my world up to moon lord without ever seeing it.

M question was can I cheat in the caustic tear some how?

get heros mod. its basically a cheat console, and you can use it to spawn in a caustic tear.

honestly ive never played calamity, but you gotta be so unlucky to have never gotten acid rain after 2 hours of gameplay

way more than two hours. I started a new game and was stuck trying to beat the moon lord acid rain had some key intermediate ingredients that I needed for winning accessories.
