Why doesn't this game use Cloud Save?

I have Cloud saving enabled on both computers, both have internet, but my saves from one PC doesn't show up on the other.

I think it does? Thing is I always keep steam cloud disabled because while it can be useful sometimes, other times it can just delete your saves out of nowhere. bad times

It does, near the player or world you wish to save, a steam cloud button,click and boom
I don't advise to let it for long times to avoid character and world corruption, just use when getting from a device to another.

Steam should seriously attempt to do a better job with it, The complains I've seen of people getting saves corrupted (in almost every game that supports Steam Cloud) are a lot more frequent than they should be.
