Don't Dig Up wooden boomerang

I'm playing an expert mode "don't dig up" seed, and I kind of want to make the new trimerang. The wiki hasn't been helpful, anybody know how to get it?

You need to look for wooden chests in the glowing mushroom layer (right above the underworld) and find a wooden boomerang and combine it with a fallen star, next find a glowing mushroom biome in the cavern layer which, in this case, is close to the true surface and then grind for the Shroomerang (dropped by spore bats) and for last, hunt for ice chest in order to find the ice boomerang or you can fish for it but that might take more time, only then you can craft the Trimerang.

A little tricky, given how the surface has changed. I haven't been more stressed in a video game ever. Do you know how fast the face monsters are?

If you ever find a skeleton merchant, you can trap him and wait until it's a full moon.
When it's a full moon he can sell wooden boomerangs.

They're fast and deadly but you don't need to be precisely on the true surface, is just that the cavern layer is below it. Also, you can always buy the wooden boomerang from the Skeleton Merchant on a full moon, you can tell when it is by watching if the death weed is glowing, which happens only when is a full moon.

I've searched all the dead trees on the west side, no luck. I might have to wait for the merchant. Thanks for helping me out!
