Jungle spores (Mage stuff)

So this is probably a dumb question but is there a way to farm/grow jungle spores?
its not that they are hard to find but the jungles far away and im lazy lol.
also another question
i have calamity thorium and spirit mod on my world and i dont really know of any of the mage armors any good ones? (Pre-Hard mode!)

get some mud blocks and jungle grass seeds and make your own jungle



or just buy and hook up a teleporter idk

Malignant armour. to get it you need 2 Malignant Thread, a wizard hat and a robe crafted at a loom.
or
bulb armour. 18 Petals + 18 Jungle Spores crafted at an Arcane Armour Fabricator
