Can't craft Celestial Shell
I've got Celestial Stones and Moon Shells, but no option appears to craft the Celestial Shell when near the tinkerer's workshop with these items in my inventory.

Anybody knows a solution?

The only reason why you can't craft the Celestial Shell that I can think of is that you aren't playing on PC.
If you are on PC you should be able to craft it.

Oh forgot to mention, the world is in hard mode.

Are you sure you have the right items, are near a Tinkerer's Workshop and have them NOT equipped? If yes then I'm out of ideas.
