How to make Floating island minibiom?

Im using google translator
Angler requires Sky fish which can be catched in the floating island biom. Biom have no special music or colored water, i think that mean biom cannot be created. Can i cheat the game if i create flying pond on high without Floating island block? How's minimal height required for pond to make him *sky pond* with same fish type? (size map = large)
And is there any equipment which shows the current biom?

Use a depth meter to get to 700' or so and make a big lake. If harpies spawn and you don't get garbage items, you've successfully built a "Floating Lake". Also, no, you don't need any blocks found on Floating Islands to build a man-made Floating Lake; the game checks to see if the lake's location meets certain requirements, so you could build a lake surrounded by stone bricks in any biome and it'll still count as being in that biome. (Floating Lakes do naturally spawn as well, depending on your luck you can find a lake or an island if you see cloud blocks or the rain from rain cloud blocks.)
