I need help with hero's mod 1.3

That is a tutorial to download the mod but i did what he did but when i opened terraria the mod didnt work

do you have downloaded tmodloader?
if so just search in the mod browser (in the menu of terraria) for heros mod click and install
then you have to activate the mod via the mods menu
dont know how that tutorial explained it, to lazy watching it

I downloaded the mod and tModLoader but i need a version for 1.3.4 Hero's mod and i cant find one

So i am using game servers to host terraria, what do they need to do after they install the mod to make sure i can use every aspect of heros mod since i am the server admin?

what does the date have anything to do with my question? no idea. Did you solve your issue? He says you can see other's inventory but I cannot find that option.
