How do you summon multiple stardust cells?

I saw a guy in my game with the Stardust Cell Staff and he summoned several Stardust Cells. How do you do that?

There are various accessories and armours that increase the number of minions you can summon. There is also a bewitching table from the dungeon that gives you +1 minion for 10 min and a potion.
