No, only one of each spawn (if you get palladium, you don't get cobalt and vice versa). I recommend fishing to get the hardmode bars (cobalt, palladium, mythril, adamantite, titanium, and one more I forgot) so you can get all of them. If you fish and get adamantite/titanium bars, make the pickaxe equivalent of that.
Edit: the equivalent of mythril is orichalcum.

ok great.

i also wannted to ask, the cobalt pickaxe seems to have a faster tool speed than the palladium while the it has more dig power than the cobalt, i kind of think that the cobalt will be more efficient, what do you think?

Technically speaking, you only the need the second hardmode tier ore's pick. The third tier pick doesn't let you mine anything new, and you need to craft a pick out of the drops from first set of hardmode bosses. That pick/axe combination after those bosses will allow you to mine the next tier of ore.

Looks like someone beat me to it. Fishing is my perfered method on getting those ores. I just down a crate potion and spend a few minutes fishing, faster than running around mining them.

Yes, once you get the pick axe axe or the drax, a third tier hardmode ore pick becomes obsolete. Unless you're planning on doing a lot of digging before taking out the mech bosses, a second tier pick is good enough.

I almost never bother with an adam. or titanium pick.
