Cursor outline

So I have seen youtubers have an outline on their cursor when they play terraria, though I can not figure out how to do this, does anyone know how?

Since this new update, you can set the outline, you have to do it from the very first main menu, then go in Cursor settings and just change the outline color. Doesn't work from in-game menu, must be in the main menu.

They added a Cursor tab in the in game Settings. You can change your cursor color and cursor outline color.

does anyone know how to be zoomed out when you play? Ive also seen youtubers who do that i.e. GullOfDoom, Yrimir, Pedguin, etc.

Higher resolutions are more zoomed out.
