Low frame Rate
Ever Since 1.4 I have lost frames, usually im at a nice 60 fps but after the update im lucky to hit 50, I am wondering if anyone else has the same problem or knows how to fix this.

try turning down your graphics settings as with all the new visual improvements 1.4 added may be causing the lag turning them down (specifically wind effects and background) can helpthe fps

Same but mostly with multiplayer. Just hosted a server and had 26-40 fps but after everyone left instant constant 50-60 fps. Also too crowded areas are like 40 fps wich used to be 60 fps before. Graveyard biome is also drastically decreasing fps.

Do some changes with frame skip

Known issue, some people resolved this by changing the frame skip option in the settings menu, others did everything to fix it and nothing happened,if you are one of the unlucky people that cant fix the FPS drop like me,then all we can do is wait for a hotfix.

My fix, on a Macbook Pro, is toggling off the minimap. Although, this is likely to only be effective if you also experience frame drops like me when viewing the world map (pressing M). This seems to mitigate a lot of the FPS issues and bump them up from about 20 to 50, which is much more playable in my opinon. Hope I could be of some help!

Thank you so much for all the comments! I'll try the fixes and see if they work, this is one of my favorite updates by far
Everything was fine for me until today, now I can't get more than 20FPS with a Ryzen 3700X, RTX2080 S and 16 gigs of RAM.

That didn't help, it just randomly fixed itself when I rebooted my PC.
Even disabling Vsync and Gsync didn't help before doing that.
