How to make demolitionist happy?
I looked on the wiki and it does't have information about that and I don't really want to find it out through trial and error

Happiness can reduce prices, increase sell price and get a teleport pylon thing at max happiness. It might be able to do more too but not sure.

It reduces prices and the seller NPCs like Demolitionist, Merchant and Gun Merchant will sell a Pylon to teleport if you ensure their max happines by letting them live in conditions they want.
