21:9 Support 1.4 RTResolution

On the previous version of Terraria the RTResolution program (from Michael Russell at his romsteady blogspot page) worked to make Terraria render at 100% on my 2560x1080 screen. That program does not seem to work with 1.4 and as a result the game forces me to play at 133% zoom. It looks terrible like that and I do not want to play the game with black bars on either side to get 100% zoom. Can the game just not have a minimum zoom above 100% please?

I realize that monsters can spawn on either side of the screen, but that does not bother me. I would understand if you were using something like a 32:9 screen, but on 21:9 the monster pop in is not noticeable at all.

Really excited to dive into 1.4, but being stuck at 133% zoom is really distracting to me.

I must agree I used to play with Rom's Rant zoom uncap mod and I can't enjoy the game with zoom stuck at 133% pixels hurting my eyes. Imagine playing this on 8k monitor :(
