Terraria key binding issue

Does ant one know why i cant bind keys properly.For example i wanted to bind q to quick heal. i tried it and it doesnt work. Now i have no quick heal at all cant use default,which was d1 and h never worked. Not sure why it wont ive tried many times and many restarts. Im on windows 7 pro.

i'm having a similar issue, when i try and keybind anything, it deletes that key, and i cant click anywhere. I have to alt+tab and when im back in, change it to default.
