Hahahaha... There are A LOT of items that have been added to Terraria through updates that make the game unique in the sense that you can do and be whatever you want to do and be. That's the whole point of an "open world/sandbox" game. What makes Terraria unique, in my mind, is the creative possibilities between character creation, structure building, weapons, and whatever you want your world to become. I think the addition of vehicals would add another creative dimension to terraria that would expand the game, but not break it. I think you could balance out the usefulness and effectiveness of vehicals so that they wouldn't break the uniqueness of the game.
