No Hallow.... Help?

(Problem solved, but Leaving this thread open for further references) I've been building this world up for a while now, and I'd hate to see it go because of a glitch.
So today a beat the Wof and As I looked on my map, no hallow, explore the top of the world, no hallow. There is still a lot I haven't tried but I was just wondering if there was any tips someone could toss at me?

Have you checked the underworld? If you can find some area of hallow there, you can mine it out and place a bit on the surface to spread it.
Alternatively, you could also try breaking some demon altars, doing so has a chance of converting some blocks in pearlstone, mind you it can also spread the corruption/crimson as well.

Also, your Hallow MIGHT be spawned on top of Snow Biome

You need to actually look. I believe that he map doesn't update until you go to an area with block changes.

My hallow was under the ice biome in my expert summoner world. Check there.

If you don't get hallow its always usefull to get the clentaminator and buy some hallow ammo from another map so you can make a big hallow biome in your world.
Its pretty much the same thing if you let it spread for a while

Your hallow might have also spawned in your jungle.

Otherwise, if you're after specific things from surface hallow, spreading some with a pearstone block is probably the eaisest thing to do, as δμςκ mentioned.

I'm betting it's in your Jungle. If you explored the whole top of the world and can't find it, it has to be in your Jungle (or snow biome if there's not much ice on the surface) and you just didn't notice the stone turned to pearlstone (or ice turned to pink ice if it's in your snow biome). No worries, there's still gotta be Underground Hallow somewhere and Hallow can't convert Jungle. If you dug a Hellevator near the center of your world then one side should eventually turn to Corruption/Crimson and the other eventually Hallow.

Ok, so I checked with the dryad and there's only 1% hallow, and 10% corrupt. so at the moment im planting hallow next to my house. Thanks for all the help!

same thing happened to me but the dryad says nothing about the hallow just about that the world is 11% percent crimson i tried making a artifical one my grabbing a clentaminator from a different world but it is not going to be enough
