does hallow spread over corruption/crimson?
i dont really know if it does

the hallow spreads through the corruption/crimson but not the other way round

i purify some blocks around the trapped hallow so it spreads more easy with some purification powder from the dryad

You mean over as in above? Or do you mean, if Hallowed blocks infect nearby corrupt/crimson blocks? Then, no.

hallow spreads over everything excluding jungles, would be great idea to spread hallow around your jungle so then corruption/crimson cant infect it

it is already surrounded by hallow and my corruption too

i planted seeds next to the corruption other end and the hallow grew further there

Okay, to clarify:
A hallowed Block wont change a corrupted Block next to it.
BUT if you kill the WoF the strip of the world that is immediatly turned to hallow WILL change a corrupted biome!

the hallow was inside the corruption but you need to kill the walll of flesh first you know
