Is yoyo a class?
I've seen so many "Play with me" discussions with "yoyo class" taken.

But I don't think it's a class

It has no armor
There's only one good Yo-Yo at a time, not multiple weapons as a ranger, mage, etc.
Yoyos don't have "yoyo-damage"
What do you think?

It's a Sub-Class, much like "Spears" and "Flails". Damn, they should have made more weapons for those...

i think yoyo is a part of the melee class

Not my point. It can be called a "sub-class" but is it a class class, not subclass?

A class should have both a "Set" and damage type. Yoyo has none, per se.

Welp, indeed, sometimes they even neglect Summoner, generating things such as:
"Melee, Mage, Ranged and Yo-Yo". It's... Sad...

The Yo-Yo is sometimes considered a class of its own because it has a set of accessories that enhance yoyos and only yoyos, and on top of that people using yoyos may want to focus on damage- they can neglect attack speed completely as it only increases the range of a yoyo, not the damage output.

Despite all of that, it remains a weapon that deals melee damage and benefits from melee buffs. It's entirely up to the person to decide if it is a class or not. :p

Yo-yo is a subclass. (or a set I guess):steamhappy:
it's a part of melee

Well uh, it's a sub-class, which fits into the larger melee class.

To be honest this whole "class" thing is kinda stupid. If you want to go a certain route that's cool, if you want to not wear armor and use a yoyo that's cool too. The problem is that some then go onto say things like 'summoners are only good late game', and '_____ class is under powered'. No, there are no classes only selfimposed restriction which is fine if you're into that kind of thing.

Personally I'll keep using yoyos and wearing armor.

It's a subclass,because it doesn't have armor.It also doesn't have an emblem.

Yoyo is a melee class my friend:)
