Losing health constantly

I'm playing right now, new char, and I'm constantly losing one health per second even after I die and respawn. What can I do? Does anyone know why this is?

Check if your regeneration is negative, this is caused by mod "even more modifiers", if you are holding a cursed item. This happened to me, there are two solutions, one is you don't use the item, another is you increase your regeneration

I've had this issue a few times and recently discovered that using the Mana Overloader accessory will cause this effect as it has a -3 life regen when above 50% mana max. To counter this you can use a band of regeneration which nullifies this or simply don't use the accessory

The reason is, one or more of your items has a cursed modifier. Check each item to see if any modifiers contain the word "cursed" and then re-forge it or replace it.

i have the same problem im playing mage, my suspicion is the mana polarizer dying to it gives the message "(name) was turned into mana)"
