Strange Glitch with Sniper Scope

On one of my Ranged characters, I managed to get a Sniper Scope. Mostly for the damage increase, but hey. Zooming out is fun.
Once I was done playing around on him, I started a new character, just because. Whenever I opened a chest however, and held right click off of items in the Inventories, my screen would move like I had a Sniper Scope.

I've tried Reinstalling the game, yet it still happens, and even carries over to when I do Modded Playthroughs.

It's not a huge deal, but it's kinda annoying. Anyone know a fix?

I haven't heard of anything like that. Have you tried making another new character and opened a chest. Just to test if it is just that character or all of them. If that doesn't work maybe you could go to your ranger and unequip the SScope to see if that does anything.

It is all my characters, even ones that haven't been in that Ranged world, or have even ever gotten a Sniper Scope, like my Wizard.

And I have tried unequipping the Scope, also doesn't work.
