Can't Craft Lightning Boots?

I have all of the components (Spectre Boots, Anklet of the wind, and aglet) but Lightning Boots do not come up when around the workshop.

Yes all items are unequiped and are in my inventory.
Do the items have to be pure? My Anklet of the Wind is a defensive varient, but I don't think that should affect anything.
Do the items all have to be from the same world maybe? Again the Anklet and Aglet are from a different world I had made, but I don't think that should matter either...

I do have the Terraria Tremor mod installed. I don't know if this could be the cause. Any ideas?

Tremor mod is what causes this.

Basically, for whatever reason, Tremor changes the Lightning Boots recipe to 3 Red's Potions.

You can either get the 'Patch Mod' from the Mod Browser, or just cheat them in.
