Well sorry about the title. What the title mean is, can i make werewolf spawn more frequently? i know that werewolf only spawn during the full moon but when lurking at the night they just came out rarely like 2-3 and so on.

Can you help to make werewolf spawn oftenly ? should i build farm with blue candle ? where is they spawn more often in surface jungle ? hallow?
well i have fullset of turtle armor which says that the enemy mostly target you. should i keep using this?

But the point that i asked is "WHAT SHOULD I DO" to make werewolf spawn commonly thx!

Water Candle, Battle Potion, and a nice, flat, regular forest (non-Hallow) biome/area so the Hallowed mobs won't steal some of the spawns.

Also make sure you are away from NPC's as they reduce spawn, also lights can reduce enemy spawn.

1. Agreed. Also, avoid Sunflowers and Peace Candles (those pink candles).
2. No. Monsters spawn almost anywhere, regardless of light. Player-placed background walls, however, totally prevent spawning wherever they are placed.

Considering you made it to Hardmode, I'm surprised you don't have a stack of dirt in one of your chests already. :-P Anyways, if you're having trouble getting blocks, you could always get a Sickle from the Merchant and gather some Hay Blocks from all the tall grass and flowers growing all over the place. The dirt just needs to be on top, while you can use the hay as filler for those holes underground.

As for the Battle Potion recipe, it's:
1 Bottled Water
1 Deathweed
1 Rotten Chunk/Vertebrae

...at a placed bottle or an Alchemy Table.

Finally, you can totally use the Clentaminator to make a Forest biome! Just buy Green Solution from the Steampinker.

And IF you do not want to lose your forest(overhelmed by hallow/crimson/corruption)use stone bricks(dig 3 block wide hole on the ground)
