Shark Tooth Necklace + Summone creatures damage
I've to search for this but couldnt find anything clearly stating if:

does that +5 armor penetration from shark tooth necklage works for minion damage like the spiderlings?

Also, theres the spider queen staff wich summons a "turret" minion that shoot at nearby enemies, does it affets that kind of attack as well?

I've tried to equip and unequip it and test, however with the damage being variable i cannot tell if im doing less/more damage or just being lucky/unlucky with the RNG on damage ranges... can ayone confirm?

As ChickenX21 said i'm fairly certain it does however there are many accessories you could use instead that would be more useful either because they give you more damage than the -5 def gives you or more movement e.g. wings. The -5 def just makes you do 2-3 more damage a hit depending on the mobs base defence. So it works better for weapons that hit quickly but even then it's not very good. take the mega shark for example it shoots about 8.5 bullets per second so on average you gain 21DPS , considiering the base damage is 25 this is worth less than 1 bullet fired by the mega shark. Also if you increase the base damage of the mega shark say to 40 you would still only gain 21DPS from the sharktooth necklase.

well currently im summoner, i have everything bonus to +4% damage, so far the shark tooth seems good in theory because, I cant get anymore damage bonus, and because the spiderlings attacks are very fast

summoner emblem/frostspark boots/magic cuffs/angel wings/sharktooh necklace/worm scarf

im using scarf because i take damn too much damage, i think the 17% reduction is nice, also, since as a summoner i dont need much mana, im junst moving around while my minions do the work.

everything is 4% damage bonus

As a summoner I don't think the magic cuffs are of use to you, also I would move the witch doctor (who shows up after you kill queen bee) into the jungle. At night he will sell leaf wings for 1 platinum which are much better than your angel wings. I would replace the magic cuffs with the avenger emblem when you have killed all 3 mechs but keep the summoner one. Also considering you know lucky is useless for summoner I'm guessing you also know after you've summoned your minions you no longer need a damaging accssory equipped after summoning. So you could use summoner emblem with a warding star veil after you have summoned your minions.

Everything changes once you have the pygmy staff; talk to the Witch Doctor to see what's up afterwards. You won't look back at the Sharktooth necklace; why need a -5 Defense thingy when you can get more minions or minions with higher knockback?

since i havent killed any mechanical boss, i'll just stick with what i have, afterwards i may replace the cuffs, no i really didnt knew u could swap, so i guess i can make a warding set for that matter, also, was thinking of helping my minions with a power staff or some sort, but apparently you cantd amage whatever minion's are damaging..

It might not be a bad idea to just have some defensive accessories to switch to. As per how the summoner class works, once the summons' are out, their damage is set. So for instance, you could summon the original amount you have with high damage, then switch to defensive ones (like for instance, have a Summoner's emblem with Menacing to add lots of damage, then switch it out for a Papyrus Scroll for an extra minion while the scroll has Warding for damage mitigation.)

Of course, you're the one playing, so you don't have to do what I do x3

It depends on the damage type the minions do. if they do piercing damage then a mob is immune for 1/6th of a second after getting hit.
