They are only rare, and only spawn during the rain

They only spawn when its' raining. They're not incredibly rare but you won't run into any if the weather's clear. :p

yeah i know that, they arent spawning when its raining. ive also went to the forest and jungle to look there

Maybe they spawn at higher rates if you're at a high enough altitude?

Not had any spawn in several hours of playing. Used to spawn all the time. Definitely spawn rate changed, removed or bugged.

there is a way to make them spawn anytime

Have the same problem but now its every new world i create, luckily on a few old worlds they still spawn.

Not spawning for me either, nor is the Ice Golem.
