I don't know what to do

Hi.I saw there are many bosses and I didn't fight them all.If I don't remember bad the last one I defeated was the Skeletron before I could join the dungeon.I finished I guess the dungeon,because there are no more rooms to go in, I explored the jungle and found a temple but I can't access it.I defeated the eater of worlds and that giant eye before all of this.Should I go in the underworld and fight the Wall of Flesh or are there any bosses that I should fight first?

It depends, do you think you have enough armor and weapons to withstand hard mode? Do you have most of the pre-hard mode npcs? There's a lot of stuff to do before hard mode, I recommend taking pre-hardmode to it's limit, as hard mode will spawn harder enemies, bosses, etc.

Find a bee hive in the jungle, and there should be a bee covered in honey. Be careful around that bee. If it is destroyed (which is very easy to do on accident) Queen Bee will spawn.
If you die to Queen Bee, there will not be anotherr bee in that hive. If you don't feel like finding another, craft an item called Abeenation (or something like that) to respawn her

Yes, that is the best pre-hardmode armour

Edit: I would recomend that you clean your world of corruption/crimson before entering hardmode, as a crap ton of corruption/crimson will spawn in your world and spread like crazy.
