Any way to get it to rain faster?

I have been waiting four Terraria days for it to rain. I really need it to blizzard so I can get a frost core. This is getting to be very frusturating - is there any way to get it to come faster?

It’s in the game. It’s a mode you are allowed to play. It is a gamemode by every definition. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t change what it is. Journey-Master-FTW has the hardest challenges in the entire game anyway, so calling it “not a gamemode” is entirely false.
