Go to:
C:/Users/(your user name)/Documents/My Games/Terraria
From there, you can go to your Players folder or your Worlds folder. I just copy/move the entire Terraria folder whenever I want to make a back-up, though.
That's sort of a separate issue. You should make a separate thread for it. Or change the title of this thread.
every update like easter etc. i loose my world i cant play it it gets corrupted or something terrria crashes every time i open the world this is the 2nd time its happend it happend like a day after i got terraria and it didnt matter then because my world sucked now it doesnt so im not deleting it please help me. Unfortunately right now there is not a lot of forum activity...I don't know what time it is in UT but if you bump thread about 9 hours from now you might have better luck getting a solution from someone.

This is all I can do for you. Like I said in my previous post, you should wait for someone else who is more familiar with this kind of problem to post something. In the meantime, you can look up "Xna" in a Google browser to get more information.
You type BUMP and then post it. Doing this is not usually very appreciable but sometimes it can be done for an acceptable reason. Like maybe now. Just try not to do it too often.
