This is like saying "How do I build? There are no blocks in my inventory."

You should stand on top of the left or right tile, turn smart cursor on, and keep your left click pushed down. What will happen is your character will keep pouring out water.
Anyway, dungeon fishing is pretty dodgy at best. You're going to get like 2 dungeon crates out of 100 catches. I guess it's good if you want the authentic feel of fishing your own dungeon loot if you're in big server.
Just make sure you can still hear the dungeon music. You won't catch dungeon crates unless you are standing in front of a dungeon wall.
Yes it will. You could get a lot of buckets and/or make multiple trips, do the Angler's fishing quests until you get an endless water bucket, or mine out a hole leading from the dungeon to the beach.
I recomend being very careful with the beach idea because you could end up flooding the whole entire dungeon.
