Hallowed bar

I have been playing Terraria a lot of late and I am still getting new to the game. I have been getting a lot of help from my close friends and I wondering how to get these hallowed bars? Some say to kill these bosses, and other say to dig in a specific biome. Any help, please?

I do not think it is possible to mine them.
All three mech. bosses drop them. That is the only way I know how to get them.

Too get hallowed bars you need to defeat the mechanical bosses. All of them drop from about 15-30 of them.

Oh, okay.. I have tried defeating the twins, but lost several times. Just need to get Excalibur. XD

The destroyer is the easyest boss
I find that skeletron prime is easyer than the twins.

he can spawn randomly at night during hardmode or summoned with a craftable "Mechanical Worm"

Make sure you farm out the hallowed mimics first and get the stormbow.
