Use time editor terraria?

Any1 know a way to change the use time of a weapon without terraria patcher (I am a mac user) and can you do it with any mod like the hero's mod?

There's a mod litterally called use time editor (or somthing close to that) in the mod browser, but if your using Tmodloader 0.8.3.5 the mod browswer is highly likely to not work, so you might have to wait for it to update.

Acctually turns out theres a way to get past that problem. Go here if you want a mod that isn't otherwise avalible outside of the mod browswer. http://javid.ddns.net/tModLoader/DirectModDownloadListing.php

I'm not touching any of that javid thing is there anything else I can do?

The javid thing is directly linked from the the Tmodloader homepage, so if your worried about it being filled with viruses or somthing like that it's fine. (here for proof http://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/1-3-tmodloader-a-modding-api.23726/#Download ) If you mean it being a nightmare to navigate err... yeah that's kinda a problem. But you can use Command + f to search for a mod name.

Its now 2018, is it still possible to get the use time editor mod now? I've looked everywhere and I can't find a mod that lets me change the use time of a item.
