If you want to play games from steam on to your tablet you need the nvidia
capture card which i highly doubt u have

You'll have to rebuy Terraria on your tablet in order to play UNLESS your PC is capable to stream it to your tablet (provided it's an Nvidia Shield Tablet; if not, you'll have to rebuy it through the tablet's app store).

You can't play your Steam games on iOS/Android Mobile Devices. Go buy the Terraria Mobile App from whatever Appstore you use. It's like $5 or something.
