Mod question: "Melee proficiency improved"

Playing with a small modpack containing Alchemy mod, alchemistNPC, Calamity mod, Veinmier, item browser, boss and item checklist, I believe Wingslot, reforge armor as well. And I just got the message 'PeriCore's Melee proficiency increased' or something - From what mod is this? I have never seen this before and I updated a couple of these mods.

I'm pretty sure it's not from Calamity, boss checklist, item checklist, wingslot, item browser, veinminer, not sure about the rest

Oh, seems like this is a new mechanic then. Interesting. Calamity keeps growing, which is nice. :D But the frame rate also dies a lot of times. xD
